Key Figure in Joined Report has zero values

Hi Experts

1. I have a client that requires a BEE Spend Report.  We have managed to create a report using Purchase Order Line Item Details Data Source:

2. Client noticed that not all suppliers were visible but only suppliers that had Purchase Orders attached with them.  Leading us to adding the Suppliers Invoice Item Details Data Source (left outer join):

Client noticed that the spend for some suppliers did not populate in the report and so we added an Accounts Payable data source (ARP Ledger Account Line Item and ARP Ledger Account Balance Data source) to pull out the spend for all suppliers.  The Credit and Debit amounts from Accounts Payable Line Item report do not populate:

4. We followed the KBA 2646546 - Unable to Preview Financial Data Sources and added the below parameters as mandatory and this is the error we received:

My challenge now is making the key figures from Accounts Payable report (ARP Ledger Account Line Item Data Source) visible in the BEE Spend Report for the client.  The assistance needed now is to how to make the key figures visible in the join report.
