You can go to https://support.sap.com/en/contact-us/phone.html and click on the right site blue place named "contact us" - "technical assistance".
There are several options available, so you can contact e.g "Expert Chat"

I found similar cases internal, which was open to the component LOD-SF-LMS-PRO.

I would recommend to open also an incident to this component and report this issue, so the correct team can check this issue.
