For NL, we have to report the Manual Statistical Declaration International Trade in Goods to CBS. 

Is tere anybody that knows the program in SAP ECC6 ?

Thank You for your quick feedback. But the intrastat onlydeal with EU + the requirement needs additional information Incoterms, freight values, and disctiction between Goods and services

I assume we are talking about declarations made from the NL here. If so , for EU as per standards there are Intrastat and Extrastat reporting possible.
