Master IDoc not created

Hi Experts,

Mater IDoc was not generating while sending customer data from transaction "BD12" to the same client. There are no mistakes in the distribution model, ports, IDocs, or message type.

I can't understand the exact problem.

Can anyone help with this?

Did you check your whole Customizing (BD52, etc.)

I checked everything. Everything was fine.
