Partial Settlement for a fixed value in Customer Condition Contracts

Dear Gurus,

I have got a requirement to do a partial settlement with a fixed amount.

For ex: my condition contract has accrued an amount of 120,000$. Now, every month I need to do a partial settlement for 12000 $ but here dates are not fixed, and the amount can also be changed.

So, if system says the partial settlement value is 20000$ but I want to settle only 12,000 $ for this partial settlement.

Please suggest how to do it.

You have to use manual settlement.

Hi Thorsten,

May I please know how to obtain the "Rebate Paid" of any customer via Billing documents (like REA5, ZEA1) paid through partial settlements or delta accruals?

Please let me know.
