Looking for advice on configuration of PO accrual engine in respect of Prematurely Finished POs. These POs seem to remain in the engine indefinitely and are re-considered in every re-run. The PO volumes in the engine are getting bigger and bigger. After 6 months we now around 200k POs in the engine. We have read the documentation but can't find anything that answers on the query about completed POs still being considered in subsequent runs.
Currently, even though the PO is in completed status they are included in the proposal run and there is a warning message saying that the 'PO has been prematurely finished effective DD.MM.YY'. The volume of warning messages are getting bigger and bigger.
Please provide any advice or links to help solve this problem.
