Pop-up while changing superior functional location

When I try to change a superior functional location in the functional location: Master data, I get a pop-up for 'Reference time for change in Measurement..'. It has 2 fields Date and Time. What is the purpose of these fields and what impact does this have on the functional location data?

Hello Tajinder

• The full text of the popup is 'Reference Time for Change in Measurement Reading Transfer'
• Means if these Functional Locations  have Measuring points on them with Transfer supported checkbox ticked during IK01 for the Lower Functional Location, then all the Measurements done on the Superior Location will get transferred to it when it gets relocated.

   

• So system is asking you 'From when these Readings need to be transferred?'.
• If you do not have such situation on these Functional Locations you can simply Continue, by clicking on the Green tick of the pop-up.
