HI SAP Gurus,
I am getting a error while creating PIR's in MD61.
The input is Req. plan Number, Plant, Version, Planning Horizon: From-01.12.2008 to 02.01.2010
SAP system is not allowing to create or copy PIRu2019s for December-2008. Following is the message:-
u201C02.01.2011 date comes after end of valid factory calendar(Please correct)u201D.
what must be the problem?
Please Help.
Thanks & Regards,
Santosh
Hello Santosh
it cause your replenishiment date is out of your factory calendar.
there has same resolution, but the best solution is maitian your factory calendar to 2020 or more.

Hello Santosh
the caculate logic is
Current date + Planning horizon(work day) + rescheduling date(work day) + 1 Week(if you set lot-size is "WB" in Material master)
currently the result is out of the during factory calendar.
yes you can maintain the planing horizon to more small or change the lot-size from "W" to "D"
it can resolve temporarily, but with the passage of time will occurs again.
so i think the best resolution is maintain the factory calendar to more big.
thanks
kim
Hi,
Either change the Planning horizon dates manually in the initial screen on MD61 or use T-code OMPD - Assign default values & presettings in PIR and change the value in the Planning horizon field.
Now the dates wil lie within the factory calendor.
Try this..

Hi Dhaval Choksi,
My Planning Horizon is from 01.12.2008 to 02.01.2010. when we enter this the system is throwing a error saying that u201C02.01.2011 date comes after end of valid factory calendar(Please correct)u201D.
but when i change the Planning Horizon as from 01.12.2008 to 04.01.2008, then there is no error.
why this is happening?
Thanks & Regards,
Santosh
