We have pensioner employees who have medical Aid but which is paid 100% by the company. The employee can receive a taxable income amount, SARS Code 3601, and pay tax, SARS Code 4102. When this happens the employee receives a medical Aid Tax rebate, SARS Code 4116, which is incorrect as the employee has made no Medical Aid Contributions.
