Quality Inspection Reverse (UD)

Hi Experts,

We did UD for FG material with Project now the stock in Unrestricted. But we want to reverse the Quality inspection and GRN for that material can any one explain me how can we do the reversal for UD as well as GRN too.

The topic of usage decision reversal is discussed in the note 3022268 - How to reverse usage decision and its stock postings? In short, it is not supported by SAP standard. However there is the note 175842 - Inspection lot: Reversal of goods movements from usage decision that implements the RQEVAC50 report to cancel UD and revers goods movements resulting from UD. It used to work quite well from me, even though it is not standard and is limited e.g. does not support serialized materials.

You can also try solution from the note 2117983 - How to return stock to delivery if stock is already posted during usage decision but most likely it will fail and you will have to use the RQEVAC50 report.
