Queues/resources maintained in the S/4 Hana Cloud System

We are using the scope item: Resource Management in Warehousing (‏3W0‏), but we are having problems to maintain the queues/resources in the system.

What configuration should we be missing?

Hello!

You will need to follow first the Set-Up Mobile RF Devices in Warehousing (‏63V‏). You are going to find the correct process to maintain Queues/resources in the system following the steps.

To make it easier for your specific case, I also described the necessary configurations below:

You can configure Resource Management in your configuration environment, in App "Manage Your Solution".

You can define resource types in the configuration activity Define Resource Types.

Obs: If you work with mobile radio frequence (RF) devices, you must define at least one resource type.

You can define queue types for your warehouse in the configuration activity Define Queue Types.

You can define queues, to which warehouse orders and resources can be assigned, define queue determination criteria and access sequences, and determine the operating environment of a queue in the configuration activity Define Queues.

Obs: If you work with mobile RF devices, you must define queues.

You can define modes, which are then used to calculate the priority and the latest starting date of warehouse tasks, in the configuration activity Define Modes.
