Dear Experts,
Is it possible to add a refresh button to the gui-status of standard ME5A report?
If posibble could you please explain?

Sadly, per this SAP Note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002922915 it is not part of the standard design for MM reports. You would need a customization/development to add it.
