application job template inconsistent with SAP program in the backend

While comparing parameters for the standard program for advance tax (RFUMSV00) Vs SAP_FIN_TAX_RFUMSV00, certain fields are not visible in the Application job template (Fiori Application Job Maintenance). e.g of the fileds missing are -

PAR_XSTWNat.Crcy Instead of Local Crcy SEL_TAXC Tax Reporting Country/Region
Is there a way we can sync RFUMSV00 Vs SAP_FIN_TAX_RFUMSV00? Do we have sync program available to update new parameters ?
