Automate the invoice in logistic invoice verification process

is there any way we can automate Logistic invoice verification process.

For eample we receive 500 invoices per day then how to automate that.

If you're receiving from another SAP system or non SAP system through ALE or EDI (IDocs) then schedule a batch job run at a particular time in a day, this is an automatic background process.
