Hello experts,
In branch company (logged in as manager), the intercompany reports are not opening and showing the message that the user is not authorized. Can I change settings somewhere to let the branch company to see these reports?

Hi Hyunsun,
There are two reasons for this message :
1. You have changed the password for the "B1iadmin/Sa" user and forget to deploy the solution in the intercompany administration console.
2. The values in the B1i Server Details screen are incorrect. To display the B1i Server Details window, choose Administration -> Setup -> Intercompany -> B1i Server Details. Update the values in this screen and run the reports.
