CDS not showing under Custom Analytical Query

Hello All,

I have asked this question and did not find an answer yet. I believe I have done everything correct, but when I try to build the Custom Analytical Query the view show up on search and then when I try to create a report, the Data Source drop down does not bring my CDS

(See the attachment all steps are shown with actual CDS I created)

Step 1: Dimension created

Step 2: Fact Created

Step3 : Cube created

Step 4: CONSUMPTION View created

Step 5: OData Activated

Step 6: RSRT

Step 7. Custom Analytical Query

What should be done for the Data Source to show up on Custom Analytical Query?

Hi Arthur,

Please try releasing the source CDS View, not just activating.

You can release the CDS View (in your case I guess "ZC_SO") from ADT.

ADT -> Display the CDS View on the tree -> Right click -> API State -> Add User System-Internally

Then please do not forget to check the option "Use in Key User Apps".
