Change PO message output is failing in SAP ECC 6.0

We have created a PO and sent to Ariba. Invoice has been posted partially in Ariba supplier. Now, making changes to PO (Example, Delivery Completed indicator is unselected.), the message output is triggered with failed status for a change PO (as we have unselected the Delivery Completed indicator as the Invoice is partially posted in Ariba supplier). Any standard config set up are we missing as part of this issue?

You need to check inbound and outbound interfaces(maping with message type/s) but not sure about your logic on "delivery completed" indicator? why partial receipt will select "delivery completed" indicator in PO but with OMCD t.code at plant level set up can select "delivery completed" indicator automatically if goods receipt done completely!

You need check Final Invoice Indicator in PO if any invoice receipt set up need to be changed but check mapping with field/s missing which caused message output is triggered but with failed status for changed PO
