Have you considered Alternative-Based Confirmation? Please look at scope item 1JW. The advanced ATP scope item (1JW) contains the functionality called Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC). With this feature, it is possible to substitute plants, products, or storage locations and to determine storage location. Please note that with Storage location substitution, Subitems are always created for sales order requirements that are confirmed from substitute storage locations.

In S/4HANA Cloud, public edition, we also offer a BAdI BADI_ATP_ABC_ALTV_DETMNR to implement custom logic to determine the best alternative. This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the ATP: Alternative-Based Confirmation (CA-ATP-ABC) component. You can use this BAdI implementation as an alternative determination in the building rule for a substitution strategy. This enables you to replace the default alternative determinations delivered by SAP in Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC) with your own alternative determination.

I also got information from my colleague that it's also suggest as Jai mentioned, Storage Location Substitution.

Thank you for raising your question in our S/4 HANA Cloud community.

I have checked Sales Item Business Data Modification BAdI, for now you can only influence the following fields:

pricingdate type prsdt,
purchaseorderbycustomer type bstkd,
customerpurchaseorderdate type bstdk,
incotermsversion type incov,
incotermsclassification type inco1,
incotermslocation1 type inco2_l,
incotermslocation2 type inco3_l.

So, currently there is no Sales BAdI available to determine the storage location automatically.

In sales we are currently offering location substitution, but not initial determination of storage Location: Location Substitution.

If you would like to create a feature request for this business requirement, please do so. This will inform our developers as to what additional functionality should be considered for future releases. 2963059 - How to Submit Feature Requests for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Product.
