Default Business role addition to Users

Hi Team,

Currently we are assigning employee business role to all users as and when new user created in HANA. With this role user can able to fill timesheet. Now we want to automate employee business role to auto assign to users as and when new user created in HANA?

Is there any way that we can automate default business role assignment to new users?
