HI Team,
We have found a difference between downtime reports of the same line taken from IW28 & IW68 Tcodes.
Downtime from IW28 T-code is showing as 529 hrs whereas the report extracted from IW68 T-Code is showing as 495 hrs.
Can you pl support in resolving!!

First of all both IW28 and IW68 are different transacitons.
IW28 is for maintenance notification and IW68 is customer service notification with Catalogs, Items, causes etc.
If you are using catalogs in your notification, then you may get entries in IW68 else you may get complete entries in IW28 (assuming some notifications not having catalogs and items not assigned to notifications).
For downtime, I would suggest you to go with IW28 (529 Hrs) and not IW68 (495 Hrs).
