Do we really need to implement SAP GTS for using financial documents in s/4 Hana after migration ?

Do we need to implement SAP GTS or can we just stick to Foreign trade using International trade within S/4 Hana sales, and do we require s separate license to use foreign trade in s/4 Hana.

SAP GTS is used as a central system to manage and monitor global trade processes across multiple geographical and functional areas either via a central enterprise resource planning (ERP) system or by connecting with multiple ERP tool, GTS provide an overview of what global trade management entails and how it can be managed using the various functionalities of the SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) solution.

The SAP GTS help the companies management the three main topics related to global trade: Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.

If you like to control your global trade using the GTS you need to have a license.
