Do we really need to implement SAP GTS for using financial documents in s/4 Hana after migration ?

Do we need to implement SAP GTS or can we just stick to Foreign trade using International trade within S/4 Hana sales, and do we require s separate license to use foreign trade in s/4 Hana.

So what's the difference between GTS and International trade ?

Basically were are using foreign trade to create Letter of credit and bank guarantee. Using transactions VX11n,VX12N,VX13N. and then these invoices are used to make invoice lists , then we combine the invoice lists to create group invoices using VG01.Then we create the commercial invoice based on this. and print it using VL72.

Basically the above process is our requirement. and we want to upgrade to s/4 Hana and to ensure these processes are working smooth after the migration.

So please suggest us which of the following license do we have to buy .

SAP GTS / Treasury and Risk management / International trade ?
