Documented Credit Decision log doesn't show the right ID.

User id is not displayed in the credit decision logs for the approver.

After releasing the documented credit decison you will find the pop-up with the informaiton for Release performed by user id "CB99800*******".

After the release/reject is performed for the documentd credit decision you will see the user id of the user performing the operation on documented credit decision under the Notes tab.
