Hi Team,
We do payroll processing in background processes through program RPCSC000. After jobs get processed, while checking in SM37, job shown as "Finished" but when we go through spool, system is showing an error "Control Record for ABKRS XX is locked by Users". This error appears in 1-2 jobs for few payroll area not for all in that session, this error comes randomly for each month. However upon checking in SM12 and table T569V, there is no lock entry in table. And none of the personnel number is processed once the error message has come. And system also takes similar time to finish that error job compare to other jobs. As per the below screenshot error appear in the third job from the top.
We have been experiencing this issue since 8 to 9 month. Earlier this error had not appear. Kindly help to resolve this issue.
