Error while posting a parked document

Hello Experts,

Hope everyone is fine.

We are facing an issue on the production server. While posting a parked document in FBV0 we are facing an error (Message No AA003 " Asset 2000000000229 0000 is being processed by user ABC" ). This error is persisting, even after closing all sessions, logging out, and attempting to re-enter. Despite these efforts, the same error is still occurring. 

We have tried to implement two notes but they were not relevant to our system i.e Note: 2086875 and Note: 1981871.

Please advice, Thanks.

Terminate user  ABC with help of Basis team and unlock tables. or try with logout  ABC user.

We have unlocked tables ANLA and BKPF, but after unlocking tables when we again enter into FBV0 we face same error.
