Even after the purchase order released by user still it showing in inbox workflow

I have released the Purchase order and did GR also still in my workflow inbox it is showing. Please help me to clear this issue and let me know who will take care of it basis or workflow consultant?

You should check with your workflow developers/administrators if you've already tried refreshing your inbox and the workitem still remains.
