F4 help on the custom field created through CFL(Custom fields and Logic)

Hi Experts,

would need your expert advice. we have a custom field created through CFL (custom fields and logic) app as part of In- App extensibility. Can you please let me know the technical steps involved in attaching a standard help behind this custom field?

Scenario 1 - For example, if there is a custom field that we are adding in standard transaction and if that field needs all the profit centers on F4 (similar to backend data element assignment), what is the process in In-App extensibility scenario like this?

Scenario 2 - If we have 2 custom fields created and both of them should use same code list instead of creating 2 code list for 2 custom fields, what are the options we have ?
