Field selection for change print output Public Cloud

Hi Gurus

We want that if we change Header text/Header Note in a Purchase order , a new output line item should be trigerred in messages .

We tried in Central config in "Fields relevant to print out changes" but I am not able to find field for Header text/Header note.

Can anyone suggest what would be Header text and Header note field name.

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sourcing and Procurement" for this question, as Purchase Order is an Object of Sourcing and Procurement Line of Business.

Thanks for prompt reply, have tried for header text, but even after changing it , in message new line item is not getting created and we have to change in Quantity or value to update the same.

If not triggered then first check your complete config and still issue persist then raise OSS incident to SAP.

Also confirm have you completed the settings as per above SAP Note.
