There are six steps that form the deliverables of the Fit-to-Standard Analysis / Design activity as below.

Can anyone of you kindly share the templates for each of these steps. Whatever documents/ppt's you have used in your projects kindly share those. I am working for a customer for S/4HANA on-premise implementation (Transition). We are in initial stage and preparing templates/documents which will guide the team & increase success.

Note: One of the key assets that goes through all of the parts of the fit-to-standard process is the Backlog (whether you choose to use a tool or template that is up to you). The fit-to-standard and design processes help you to build your Backlog (configuration planning) so all you have to do during the Realize phase is execute, or configure, what you planned to configure during the Explore phase.
