Flexible Performance Management - Offline Form Bug?

Hi All -

We have fully configured the Flexible performance management process and everything works great online. However, there is one thing that I noticed with the offline form, that seems to be a bug.

Here is a snap shot of our process:

If a Appraiser sends back to the Appraisee, then we are utilizing the "Note Comments box" So when the appraiser clicks the custom button, "Send Back to Appraisee", the notes box appears for comments and then the form is sent back to the Appraisee.

This works fine online, but my question comes when this is done offline.

So the Appraiser downloads the form, enters some information and selects Send Back to Appraisee from the dropdown, "Next status after upload". The notes comments box does not get triggered even after the form is uploaded.

Has anyone ran into this issue before or have a note for this fix?

Dear Nick,

We are implementing EHP 5 Flexible PM module and the Business requires Employees to initiate the "Goals Setting" document. As I understand, Flexible PM allows managers to initiate the "Goals Setting" document. Is there any way I can configure Flexible PM to get the employees aswell to initiate goal setting?
