We recently moved to Quality from Dev environment in my client implementation. Though I am able to see GOS menu (to view attachments) in IW52 in the service notification. I am not able to see GOS menu in quality. I could only see option for 'view in BDEx' in quality. I am not sure what the issue is. Can somebody help? Please find attached screenshots from both quality and dev systems.
