Header text does not print in PO when language is changed

When we add append text in the header text and go to print preview, this append structure does not print when the language is set to EN. Whereas it works perfectly fine when the language is FR.

• Is the provider language French
• Does the form use the vendor's language
• How does the form handle the language of long texts (e.g., try the vendor language, then the login language, then a default, or just try the vendor language)?

Could you consider adapting the form or raising an error message when some long text to be printed is input in a language other than the vendor's one?
