How can we create Retention A/P invoice in Public Cloud

Dear Experts,

For one of our customers, we had a workaround solution for Retention Invoice by creating special GL and go with MIRO in On-Premise version.

Now we cannot create new special GL and that is the pre-configured solution in public cloud.

Is there any workaround solution to use Retention invoice?
