How do I copy and paste a list of Material Nr. in the document of (Basic Data 2) of MM02?

I have a long list of Material Nr. that needs to be individually and exactly copyied in the document section of basic data, transaction Code MM02. I am new in SAP and it's a long list. Is there an efficient way to do it?
