I am looking to invoke a python app that has been developed in BAS and deployed to BTP via the mobile app, when a page is loaded

Are you just trying to open the URL of the python app in a browser on the device? What does this app do / How does it interact with the MDK app?

The app captures input from the user. One page invokes the app url endpoint from BTP and captures the user input and shows it on another page
