How to complete the workflow manually in S/4HC?

Hello,

I have a scenario that PR approval workflow is ended with an error due to a validation. Once validation logic corrected then restarted that error workflow using app "Workflow Administration"

Then that workflow status is changed to In process. Actually all the approvers are approved, hence there is no action from approver.

When restarted that work item, now the status changed to Executed. At this stage, PR approval status shown as Awaiting Approval and not able to convert this PR to PO.

How to complete this workflow, so that PR approval status shown as approved?

Hello Rengaraj,

First you can check if the PR is in the app "Workflows in status Error", then select the work item and use the function "Resume after error".

Otherwise I would suggest you to change a relevant field in the PR to execute the workflow again, the relevant fields to retrigger the PR workflow can be maintained in the SSCUI Manage Conditions to Restart Flexible Workflow ID 102888, for further information please check the following KBA:
