Creating service PO where 1 PO item is having multiple service lines using BAPI_PO_CREATE1

In this in the 7th point, it says about structures which have to to be filled.

I have tried passing that but if i pass 5 service lines to single PO item it is only taking last service line and ignoring others. Any idea about this issue?
