How to extend Ledger 0E?

We are trying to define extension ledger ‘0E’ for commitments, but there is no option.

Ledger 0E is a specific default extension Ledger, and to use it, you have to select the relevant scenario (scope item) during the Scoping phase:

• Ledger 0E - Accounting for Incoming Sales Orders (2FD)
