IBAN incorrect issue

Dear Team,

Our one of the customers in country United Arab Emirates is using C3 Pay for bank transfer. But this C3 Pay IBAN is not look like IBAN as per United Arab Emirates bank, still same number they are using since long back for bank transfer in SIF file (DME BANK FILE) in their old system. But while saving Info type 0009 system is not accepting the IBAN which they provided for C3 Pay holders throwing error IBAN incorrect.

Without bank details we could not process DME, can you please help do we need to remove the check for IBAN if so how this can be done? or any other solution to save the IBAN with customer given data.
