IC Rates based on the Billing rate

Hello

We have a special case where we use the Customer billing rate as the basis of computing the IC rates. For example: If I am charging customer at $1000 per day, my IC rate for the resource should be $600 i.e. 60% of billing rate.

So, in simple terms it is the Billing rate that determines the IC rate. I am not sure if there is any standard solution/API which can handle it ? Our users do not want to maintain the IC rates in the APP "Manage Cost Rate" Services for business reasons

We are in S4 HANA Cloud Professional Services latest version.

Standard behavior to pick IC rate from Manage Cost Rate app for Service. User has to maintain rate IC rate to post in the document.
