Hi Experts,

I would like to know when is the latest date to request a new scope item and country activation for 2SL CBC customer, please? I know the 2SL public customer is 10 days before the Q upgrade that you can request above.

I would like to know for 2SL CBC customer, what is the timeline.

Hi Helinna,

Country activation is a self service process in 2SL SAP Central Business Configuration based systems. There is no need to request additional suport for this process.

The recommendation for "Manage your solution" based systems is valid also for 2SL SAP Central Business Configuration based systems see task Prepare for a release Upgrade in Roadmap Viewer (sap.com)
