Hello all,
Should I use RPTQTA00 or RPTIME00 to generate quota at the beginning of every month?
Could you please help me with the round-up configuration to round the accrued leaves to the nearest whole number or 0.5 days as per the chart below?
Scenario – Annual quota of 19 days (Monthly: 1.58 days)
Quota should be generated monthly, at the beginning of every month and rounded up to the nearest whole number or 0.5 days.
Month | Monthly Quota | Cumulative | Round up |
---|---|---|---|
Jan | 1.58 | 1.58 | 2 |
Feb | 1.58 | 3.16 | 3.5 |
March | 1.58 | 4.74 | 5 |
April | 1.58 | 6.32 | 6.5 |
May | 1.58 | 7.9 | 8 |
June | 1.58 | 9.48 | 9.5 |
July | 1.58 | 11.06 | 11.5 |
August | 1.58 | 12.64 | 13 |
Sept | 1.58 | 14.22 | 14.5 |
Oct | 1.58 | 15.8 | 16 |
Nov | 1.58 | 17.38 | 17.5 |
Dec | 1.58 | 18.96 | 19 |
The numbers in the round up column should be accrued in IT2006 at the beginning of every month.
Many Thanks,
Saurabh
Hi Saurabh,
Time schema (RPTIME00) is very complicated so if you are not familiar and deeply understand schema, you should using Absence Quota generation program. SAP provide V_T559L flexibly to do configuration to meet customer requirements. please press F1 key to have more info.
Using Schema you may have face the issue when re-run Time Schema as well.
You can find some document to generate absence quota by schema in following link:
