Leave quota want to prorate

Hi, I'm looking for a function in PCR to prorate monthly quota generation based on hire date.

At present PCR is calculating 2.5 days at the end of the month those employees length of service is up to 10 years. If any mid joiners in the month I want to prorate the days accordingly. Anyone can help me?

This PCR currently calculating leave quota monthly, but any one joined in the mid of the month will be benefited the same, so how can we prorate their quota ?
