Lot size PK but MRP propose higher proposals than exact lot size qty

Hi Everyone,

I am facing a issue in MRP lot size PK with this setting the expectation is that the MRP with MD02 Run system should propose exact requirement as per lot qty but in our case even though the stock is sufficient system propose the higher as it is a expensive material we cannot purchase prior the requirement it is impacting the finance .

here in above screenshot if we see the available quantity is available still the receipts proposal are higher than the requirement.

Any assistance on this issue will be really appreciated.
