malfunction date and time does not record in notification.

Hello everyone,

In sap S4HANA system, my clients have a notification type made for breakdown maintenance, when he uses it and tries to change the breakdown time in the pop up as shown in the picture below :

and

the system does not record it, he'll have to redo the changes in the field itself, while in the standard notification type M1 this problem does not happen, anyone knows why ?
