Mass Change Email Recipient for Jobs

Hello,

I would like to set the email recipient for all jobs of the SM37 to a single email address. Is there a way to enter the email address en masse or can this only be done manually?

Hello,

this is a task to be done individually for each job. Depending on the amount you could think about an ABAP program to ease your work (but of course this is to be done carefully and error free 😉 ). The table containing this information is TBTCCNTXT.

Is it possible to change the "BTC_MASS_JOB_CHANGE" program to implement those changes or do I have to write a completely new one?

Hello Ben,

changing SAP standard programs is often not a good idea, but maybe you can use it as template.
