Hello to all,
We are trying to migrate Services with the migration template, in services page we have opened some extension fields through the SDK. When we fill the migration template and execute the migration, no error messages pops up, but on services imported field there is no entry. Also there are no new opened services.

The fields that you created in the service screen, are they extended also to the corresponding API?

I understand that you are not using the API. However migration tool uses the API to import the record into the system. Hence it is still required to extend the field to related API. If this is not completed, you would not be able to import the data using migration template / Tool to system. ( standard fields would work however newly created extension field, you would not be able to import the data. if the field is already added manually in the excel template, this would be ignored).
can you check / confirm if this was performed.
