Moving on with SAP for the most desired digital transformation but we still use papers ... !?

Hello Team,

Morning all, I am a procurement specialist.

Alhamdulilah, we have moved on to create and maintain all purchasing requisitions/RFQ and orders through ERP SAP MM. I noticed that my departments key-users continue to send me nameplate photos, datasheets, and drawings of the requisition separately through email or by handoverring to me.

Please advise how easily to make all this process completed and perfect by using SAP.

No need to use paper as your business is transformed into new digital transformation . As you moved to a new role and business key users handover their responsibilities to you- all need to be tracked on future reporting in such case you may have a ticket ( on a ticketing tool ) to track what are transitions taken place. All transitions need to be documented in any/many form/s of document and if needed action to be taken- your few details like your signature and your contact info need to updated which in turn in future this need to be appeared in purchasing document creation, if any!
