Hi,

Sap Experts

I m new to this Community. having problem please request to solve.

I did promotion of GM to Head of depatment. In OM Structure position which is Promoted to Head but it is still showing in OM that he is holding GM postion. Please help me step by step configration

"Please help me step by step configration"....no. People do not learn when spoonfed. Did you checked the relations? Did you make sure to end other when you created the new one? I can not tell simply from your description....but if "GM" is a position and "head of department" is simply the "chief" relation....then that sounds fine. If "head of department" is a position, then you need to look at end dating the other one.

Hi

You have to look at the effective date when he was made the Head of department .....check the relationships of the particular position going through the enhanced Description ..Hope it helps
