PANKS comes up with "Origin of the Message" instead of "SAP Note or KBA"

Hello,

We set up PANKS within our S4HANA 2021/SPS03. Everything looks as expected but the result is different
2096401 - FAQs: Performance Assistant - SAP Notes and KBAs search by PANKS - SAP for Me
2730525 - Consuming the Note Search Webservice - SAP for Me
Troubleshooting Tools (sap.com)

PANKS comes up with "Origin of the Message" instead of "SAP Note or KBA"

So, if an error is coming up, besides the button "Close" there is only a button "Origin of the Message".

If you click on this, you´ll be redirected to the ABAP code.
But our expectation was a button "SAP Note or KBA" and if we click on this, we´ll see notes.

We even compared SOLMAN (CRM) and S4HANA:

See the differences

SOLMAN (CRM), e.g. canceled jobs (“Origin of the Message" & "SAP Note or KBA" buttons are there)

S4HANA canceled jobs (“Only Origin of the Message" is there)

What went wrong?

I have no idea, but it would make sense that the button is hidden if there's no relevant SAP note corresponding to the ABAP code where the message is raised, and to the software release/SP on which it runs.

First and foremost, please check that the user has authorization to execute transaction SNOTE_DISPLAYIs it the Secondly: Is it the case that PANKS tool button never appears? For example, go to SE38 and type a name of program that does not exist. You will get a message at the bottom of your screen:

"Program ASASAS does not exist

Message no. DS017

Diagnosis

The program you specified does not exist.

Procedure

If are creating a new program, acknowledge the message and continue.
If you are trying to access an existing program, check the spelling. For a list of existing programs, select Utilties -> Find program."

If PANKS tool icon does not appear in this case , please submit an incident to SAP Support (Component BC-DOC-HLP). Otherwise, please investigate in which circumstances it does appear or not. Waiting for your feedback.
